Our history as a family company - Stevenage Glass in Hertfordshire

1966 will always be remembered as the year England won the World Cup. It was also the year that Stevenage Glass was formed. With a small factory unit in Argyle Way, Stevenage and a hand full of staff, we were up and running and ready to face the challenges that lay ahead.

In 1972 we moved to new premises in Cavendish Road and have been here ever since, extending the building on three separate occasions. Stevenage Glass has many departments to make a total company - glass cutting, processing, glazing, toughening, sealed double glazed units, and plastics, along with a comprehensively stocked showroom for all
your requirements.

We know our trade inside and out and love the challenges that come along with it. We have been in operation for over forty years now and our staff are qualified in their own right, with the majority of them having spent most of their working life
with the company.

We are proud to call ourselves a family company, with your interests and safety being paramount.
